Website Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Last updated 30 July 2026
1. Who we are and how these terms apply
This website, verada.health, is operated by Verada Health Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 17137766, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Verada, Verada Technologies, Verada Clinic and Verada Research are brands of the Verada group of companies.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may revise them by updating this page; continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
2. This site is not medical advice
The content of this website is general information about the Verada group and its activities. It is not medical advice, it is not a clinical service, and it must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have concerns about your health, speak to your GP or another qualified clinician. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 in the UK, 911 in the US, or your local emergency number.
References on this site to medical devices, interventions, research programmes or clinical services describe the group's activities and plans. They are not an offer of treatment, not a recommendation of any particular device or therapy, and not a claim that any intervention will produce a particular outcome for any individual. Availability of any service depends on the regulatory approvals and registrations that apply in the relevant country at the relevant time.
3. Nothing here is an offer to invest
Nothing on this website constitutes, or is intended to constitute, an offer or invitation to purchase or subscribe for shares or other securities, investment advice, or a financial promotion within the meaning of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
Any investment in the Verada group would be made only on the basis of definitive documentation supplied directly to eligible recipients, in compliance with applicable law and applicable exemptions. Material describing the group's commercial model is provided for general information to prospective partners and stakeholders and should not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision.
4. Forward-looking statements
This website contains statements about Verada's plans, intentions, objectives, expected timelines, anticipated regulatory outcomes, expected registrations and future performance. These reflect current intentions and assumptions as at the date of publication. They involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties, and they are not guarantees or promises.
Actual outcomes may differ materially. In particular, dates given for service launches, company formations, regulatory registrations, device approvals, grant outcomes and research milestones are targets, not commitments, and are contingent on decisions of third parties including regulators, funders and partners. We are under no obligation to update forward-looking statements as circumstances change.
5. Regulatory status of technologies referenced
Medical devices and other technologies referenced on this site may hold different regulatory status in different jurisdictions, and that status may change. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation that a particular technology holds a UKCA mark, a CE mark, FDA clearance or any other approval, or that it is available for clinical use, in any given territory. Where a service is described as planned or forthcoming, it is not currently being offered.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or licence the intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos and page design. The names Verada, Verada Technologies, Verada Clinic and Verada Research, and associated marks and devices, are trade names of the Verada group.
Third-party product, device and organisation names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement in either direction beyond any relationship expressly described.
You may view, download and print content from this site for your own reference. You may not reproduce, adapt or republish it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website. In particular, you must not knowingly introduce viruses or other malicious material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, use automated systems to submit the contact form or otherwise send unsolicited communications through it, or use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.
8. Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites and platforms for convenience. We do not control them and take no responsibility for their content or their handling of your data.
9. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that its content is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content. If you are using the site in the course of a business, we exclude in particular liability for loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings.
11. Data protection
How we handle personal data collected through this site is set out in our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. Please note in particular that this website is not intended for the submission of health information — see section 3 of the Privacy Notice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your home nation.
